About the region
Central Greece joins ancient Greece to the mountains: the oracle of Delphi on the slopes of Mount Parnassus, villages such as Arachova, the Gulf of Corinth and Thermopylae. It also includes Euboea (Evia) and many mountains with hiking trails and ski centres.
